Hey Apartment 2B followers!  Our Indie GoGo campaign ended last night at 11:59 PM.  With your help, we raised $895 online and an additional $105 offline!  To all of you who donated, we extend our humblest thank you.  We’ll be releasing details on when to expect your Apartment 2B swag on Monday, so keep an eye on your inbox.

To those of you who wanted to contribute to our fundraiser but weren’t able to at the time, we’ll be having some more opportunities in the upcoming months.  Which brings us to the next order of business…

Apartment 2B Productions was chosen as a presenter for this month’s Square Meals event in Charleston.  Square Meals is a microgrant program presented by the Arts Council of Kanawha.  Each month a handful of lucky artists, musicians, and other creative folks make their case to an audience, and the audience gets to vote on who deserves a nice big check at the end of the night.  The event is funded by Charleston’s FestivALL and in part by the tickets the audience buys for the event.  (ergo, bigger audience = bigger check).

This month’s event is January 8, this Sunday, 6 PM -- 8 PM at Bluegrass Kitchen.  Tickets can be purchased online. For more information on Square Meals, visit their site.

Cost: $16.67 in advance, $21.67 day of
