Last call for the WV Filmmakers Conference in Sutton!  Events kick off tonight with an Open Projector Night at the Elk Hotel starting at 9.  We’re going to be there with a couple of our favorite Apartment 2B shorts.

Saturday is Conference Day, with lots of nifty workshops and networking opportunities.  Come meet your fellow WV filmmakers, learn how to get your films screened in local theaters, and give your feedback on reshaping the WV Filmmakers Guild.  For a full schedule of events, click here.

The closing event of the conference is the premiere of Escribitionist at the Landmark Theater!  We’re all pretty excited about it and hope to see some of you folks there!  Be sure to stick around for Sasha Colette, Escribitionist’s score composer, who’ll be performing a show at the Elk after the screening.

    Hey there, stopping by for a quick update.  Tomorrow (Jan. 31) we’ll be presenting at CAFE Huntington.  CAFE (Creative Arts Funding Endeavor) Huntington is a microgrant program similar to Charleston’s Square Meals that we attended earlier this month.
